Job Description: We are seeking individuals part time or full time to work with us to employ physicians to work in the field of Online Health Care. Online Health Care started in the late 90's and has grown into a multi-million dollar industry. There have been minimal regulations pertaining to the industry until recently, when lawmakers passed a bill in November 2008. This bill now requires the physicians to meet the patients face to face at least one time to perform an evaluation. In the past, physicians were provided with the patients' medical records and patient history and this was enough for the physician to be able to begin treating the patients using Online Health Care.
We need individuals that will work with us to obtain these physicians in each states. We have several methods that have worked well for us in getting physicians to work with us in this industry. The physician will need his or her own office to perform the examinations although we are currently working on a few different things to employ physicians without an office. We pay $5 to $10 per examination the doctor completes for the entire time he or she stays employed with us. There is the potential to make around $500 to $600 a week or more depending on how many exams the physician can complete on average just by signing one doctor. There is no cap on how much you can make so it is possible to make much more. Having experience in sales or staffing is a plus. We will train you on how to get physicians to contact you regarding this work and how to speak with them as well. Once you get a physician working that is all the work that is needed. You can then sit back and make commission off the doctor you set up with us for the entire time the doctor is employed or you can sign more physicians and make even more money. It is fairly easy work and not all that hard to get physicians signed. Since the growth of our business we have decided to seek outside help in this venture. You can work from home at your own hours part time or full time.
Requirements: No experience needed but knowledge in Health Care or Sales Industry helpful.

o. Collaborate with key functional areas within the company, including shareholders, to ensure project schedule aligns with business imperatives.

o. Coordinate internal and external technical advisory groups, early adopters, and users testing.

o. Develop and manage product project plans to include hardware, software, packaging and application development, as well as launching devices with carrier customers.

o. Define deliverables, schedules, milestones, status reports, and ensure successful completion of current and future product initiatives.

o. Lead and serve as liaison for all project schedules.

o. Collaborate with product management for product commercialization items, including packaging.

o. Coordinate joint meetings with customers, product management, distribution channel, carriers, marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and customer care to achieve a successful product launch.

o. Communicate openly and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding product launches and initiatives.

o. Oversee, plan, organize, and prioritize complex projects and assignments.

Requirements: o. 4+ years experience managing telecom software development (Required)

o. Experience managing GSM, CDMA, WiFi, or VoIP development projects (Required)

o. Proven record of driving development to meet aggressive timelines (Required)

o. PMP certification (Required)

o. Excellent communication and presentation skills (Required)

o. Security certifications (GSEC, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.

o. Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field required (MS Desired)

o. Expert skill with Microsoft Project or similar PM software (Required)

o. Knowledge of CDMA and/or GSM service and network architecture preferred.

o. General knowledge of encryption preferred.

o. Ability to work in flexible work hours in an international business environment.
